Due to the nature of our small business, and that we value every teacher and healer’s time very seriously, we have a strict no refund policy. Please consider your time and ours before registering.
We do not accept responsibility for changes in students’ personal circumstances and reserve the right to alter/cancel any of the available courses. If there is reasonable cause, a student may transfer their class, retreat, event or program to date to a new session or credit towards another service offered as long as there is notification 2 weeks prior to the start of the class, retreat, event or program workshop or in the event of illness. Please note there may be additional fees for this change. Due to contractual obligations to our venues and suppliers, there can be no exception to this policy.
If any of the classes, retreats, events are cancelled for unforeseen reasons, they will be moved to a new date, which means the money paid for the class, retreat or event will be moved to the new date.
