What Happens During a KAP Session??

During the session, the participant lays down on a yoga mat with his/her eyes closed, music is played, and Minh Clare touches or presses certain chakra or meridian points on the body. That’s all that happens on the outside. On the inside, a wide range of phenomenon may occur, from spontaneous physical movements, to emotional release, energetic sensations, lights and visuals or merely a complete and overwhelming feeling of bliss.  

Your awakened life-force energy has an intelligence that will do what your system needs in that moment of time. The release that occurs is mental, emotional, energetic and physical. Some consider it a cathartic experience or something that gives them deep insights or realizations, others simply find heightened and prolonged states of deep joy and contentment.

Participants become aligned with their true nature after KAP.  The energy is so magnificent that it allows participants to release what no longer serves them and moves them forward toward their highest path.  As a consequence, they leave more in tune with themselves and their body, making better choices for themselves.  Participants experience an amazing shift in their well being on a physical, mental, emotional and spiritual level.
